Dr. Woody Dillehay, Principal
As a long-time resident of Tullahoma and product of the Tullahoma City School system, Dr. Dillehay feels honored to serve as Principal of Robert E. Lee Elementary School, where he was a student many years ago. Dr. Dillehay is grateful for the educators that motivated and influenced him during his years as a student in Tullahoma City Schools. His wish is that we continue to provide top-notch educational experiences for present and future generations of students.
Dr. Dillehay lives in Tullahoma with his wife Ginger, son DJ, and their boxer bulldog Mac. He has proudly served in the Tullahoma City School System as a teacher, coach, health coordinator, assistant principal, and now as a principal. Dr. Dillehay is currently in his 21st year working in education and completed an earned doctorate from Tennessee State University in 2012.
Dr. Dillehay believes that educators can not only teach, but inspire students by helping them to develop a passion for learning that will serve them well through their future endeavors. It is no secret that students benefit when educators and parents work together to provide the support and consistency necessary for excellent academic achievement. Dr. Dillehay looks forward to working with you regarding your child’s education.
